Behavioral Health Care Manager

MSW, LSW, LCSW, or LCPC. Prior Behavioral Health (BH) experience is preferred

• Assists with organization, community education, and support related to BH
• Champion mental health prevention; through engagement of team members, community, and partners
• Ability to travel to other clinic sites
• Assists with BH patient and environment assessments
• Ability to assist with policy development, implementation, and reinforcement
• Do patient assessments in various areas of the organization 
• Must have basic computer knowledge, Microsoft Office Suite, etc 
• Ability to learn new electronic documentation and/or telemedicine systems
• Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, as well as various disciplines, within and outside of, the hospital
• Must be a critical thinker
• Ability to see patients as OP/IP, etc
• Must be flexible with scheduling, as well as, professional duties
• Must have great interpersonal skills and be a team player!!
