The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task, answer incoming calls, release patient information, file medical records, monitor and maintain chart delinquency process, analyze and assemble medical records, prepare, scan and review electronic records. Credentialing functions include but are not limited to processing initial and reappointment packets for providers, verifications, and updated/maintaining credentialing per policies and procedures. Must have excellent communication skills, have a passion to exceed customer satisfaction and quality standards and have strong a strong team ethic.
Full Time Day position available - M-F 800 - 16430
High School Diploma or GED required. HIM/Medical Records experience preferred.
