We are currently seeking qualified individuals dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for the following positions:

Leadership position - will include various nursing duties (clerical and clinical. Must have ability to work in the Emergency Department. Previous supervisory experience a plus. RN license required.

Part time evening and weekend position. Excellant communication skills and teamwork required. Cleaning and laundry skills a must.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST – Part time day position in our Teamwork Rehab Department.
Hours are flexible to accommodate In-patient, Out-patient and Home care patient need. Illinois PT license required

PTA in our Teamwork Rehab Department - Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Travel between office and Illinois license required.

CNA - full time 8-hour night shift position in our MMS department. Must have the ability to provide appropriate nursing assistant care to patients of all ages and be self-motivated to complete job in a timely manner. CNA certification and CPR required.

Part time day position. Coordinates the tasks necessary to ensure accuate and timely procurement, recieving, distributing and storing of hospital supplies. Inventory and computer experience preferred.
