    We are currently seeking qualified individuals dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for the following positions:

    HIM SUPERVISOR - Previous HIM experience and CCS, PHIA or RHIT required

    HIM Supervisor - Previous HIM experience and CCS, PHIA or RHIT required. must be able to supervise in addition to other HIM duties and have the ability to code IP and OP accounts.

    RN - Full time nights in MMS

    RN: Full time night position in our Monitored/Med/Surg unit. IL RN license required. Must be competent and comfortable in leadership and management of a patient care team. Able to delegate effectively and work closely with our physicians. Must be willing to continue self-development of skills, continued education and assist in meeting patient satisfaction scores and customer expectations.

    REGISTRATION CLERK - Full and part time clerical position

    REGISTRATION CLERK – Full and part time position available, eligible for benefits. Computer experience, great customer service skills and ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude required. Will include day and evening hours with weekend rotation.

    CLINICAL SUPERVISOR/ED RN – Full and Part time positons

    Clinical Supervisor/Emergency Department RN – Full time 12 hours night and part time Day/Night position. This is a leadership position with responsibility to assist with hiring, corrective actions and scheduling. ED experience preferred, but not required. Must be highly accountable with high quality care and positive customer focus skills.

    ACTIVITY COORDINATOR - Full time at our Assisted Living Facility

    ACTIVITY COORDINATOR – Our Assisted Living is looking for a compassionate and energetic person that will lead plan and direct activities that incorporate the assessed interest and capabilities of the all residents. Excellent organizational skills are required. Facility call rotation will be required

    PLANT OPERATIONS MANAGER- Full time day position

    Manages the department of Plant Operations, Environmental and Linen Services. Plans, organizes, directs and controls the hospital’s facilities management functions, Directs the maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment along with the procurement, generation and operation of all utilities and utility systems. Experience in building maintenance and customer service required. Computer proficiency is also essential.

    CNA – Full time night and evening position in our MMS department.

    CNA – Full time night and evening position in our MMS department. Must have the ability to provide appropriate nursing assistant care to patients of all ages and be self-motivated to complete job in a compassionate and timely manner. CNA certification and CPR required.

    PTA - full time out-patient position

    PTA – Full time day position on our Teamwork Rehab Team. Primarily outpatient setting with occasionally coverage for inpatients. Must be willing to multi-task with day-to-day operations of off-site Nokomis office while treating patients. Illinois license required.

    MANAGER OF CARE COORDINATION/RM/UR

    Status: Manager level; Exempt status
    Report to: Director of Organizational Quality
    Requirements: IL. RN license in good status, Willing to obtain BLS/ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire or as soon as available. Past leadership experience is a plus. Vast knowledge of computer skills and understanding of multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
    Role Overview: This position is instrumental in blending case management with care coordination in order to achieve better health outcomes. This is accomplished by the following: by anticipating and linking patients with the resources they need quickly, by assessing, implementing plans, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating options to meet the patient’s health needs for affordable quality outcomes, and by monitoring and meeting regulatory compliance.
    Risk Management role to identify, evaluate, and make corrective action plans against risks that may lead to patient, staff or organizational injury with resulting financial loss or legal liability.
    Utilization Management role is to review services to ensure that they are medically necessary, provided in the most appropriate care setting, and at or above quality standards.
    Assist with and review credentialing of licensed healthcare providers.
    Normally Monday – Friday, some weekends may be required for the betterment of the organization and patient care.

    COMPANION - Full and part time evening/night time positions at Tremont Ridge

    Companion - Full and part time evening/night time positions- looking for a self-motivated, responsible and energetic person to join our team at Tremont Ridge. Must be an upbeat personality that will enjoy providing excellent customer service to the senior population and be able to complete their duties in a timely manner. CNA certification or experience preferred

    COOK - Full time position

    Cook – Full time position. Position will work in the Hospital's Nutritional Services and Tremont Ridge departments. Must be a self-starter with the ability to cook, follow recipes, and assist in all tasks in the kitchen. Schedule will include weekends and evenings. Food sanitation certification is a plus, or must be willing to obtain.

    PRN HOURS AVAILABLE - Medical Lab Tech, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, or PRN Environmental Services

    - Flexible hours available.

    PRN House Charge Nurse

    HOUSE CHARGE NURSE – This is a PRN leadership position with responsibility to assist with staffing, chart audits, as well as direct patient care. Must be willing to work in the Emergency and MMS departments. RN license required. Management experience preferred, but not required. Schedule will include 8-hour evenings and 12-hour weekend days.

    Athletic Trainer - PRN - Illinois Athletic Trainer License required

    Rehab Athletic Trainer/Physical Therapist Assistant, assists in restorative, functional and preventative therapeutic programs. Also provides evaluations of athletic injuries.

    PRN Sleep Lab Tech or Respiratory Therapy

    PRN - Flexible hours

    RN, LPN, AND CNA - PRN FLEXIBLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE
