House Supervisor, RN

The House Supervisor Nurse has direct responsibility to coordinate facility wide activities including interdepartmental relationships, direction of facility personnel, as well as patient care and physician contact. Must have the ability to provide care to patients of all ages, utilize critical thinking and assist in meeting patient satisfaction scores and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be required to cross train on MMS and ED, assist as a back-up to other areas of patient care as needed, be flexible with various nursing duties both clinical and clerical. Must be highly proficient with computer technology. Self-motivated to complete job tasks in a timely manner and be a positive role model and team member, while following the Standards of Behavior. This position includes assisting in covering open shifts/positions. Assist with scheduling, adjust staffing and serve as an advocate for the nursing staff. This position will round on patients and provide feedback on areas of opportunity and assist with quality improvement. This is a leadership position with the responsibility to assist with staffing, fiscal responsibility, hiring, corrective action and termination.  

-2 Full Time Position available - 12 hour shifts (1730-0530) weekdays and (1730-0530) shifts on weekends; holiday and weekend rotation required. 

The following requirements must be met:

• IL RN License required, with 2 years of RN experience on a Med Surg/Charge Nurse Experience preferred.
• CPR & ACLS are required.
• PALS & TNCC preferred or willing to obtain during employment.
