Be a community advocate. Take the pledge to stand for mental health while committing to being part of a support system for your community members.

It is estimated that 1 out of 5 people will struggle with their mental health and consider suicidal thoughts. Someone you know may need you more than you know. Commit to being an advocate to eliminate the stigma around mental health, be there for those that need help, and work to prevent suicide in our community.

I pledge to T.A.L.K:
  1. Talk about the importance of mental health
  2. Ask for help when I or others need it
  3. Listen without Judgement
  4. Knockdown the stigma surrounding mental health
