Meet Colleen - she works as a Swing Bed nurse in HAH’s Transitional Care program. Colleen is one of our many compassionate employees at HAH because she works to “be at [my] best when you are at your worst.” She is proud to work in HAH’s Swing Bed Program because she’s able to rehabilitate her patients so they can continue doing what makes them happy while building one-on-one relationships with them and their families.

HAH is home to Colleen because she feels incredibly lucky to help her community. The hospital’s attention to detail and skilled staff make her confident that HAH will provide quality health care to its patients.
