Independent Physicians and Practitioners Notice

Physicians and Other Allied Health Practitioners treating patients at Hillsboro Area Hospital are independent practitioners. They are members of the Hospital’s Medical Staff, but they are NOT employees or agents of the Hospital. Understandably, Hillsboro Area Hospital does not control, and is not responsible for, their independent medical treatment decisions.

**Exception: Dr. Andrew Ott is a Podiatrist employed by Hillsboro Area Hospital**
